QA Engineer

Experience: 2-3 Years (Mid-Level)

The Mission: The gatekeeper of quality. You ensure no critical bug ever reaches the client.

• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on PRD/User Stories.
• Execute manual testing for UI/UX and functional logic.
• Write and maintain automation scripts for regression testing.
• Perform API testing to verify backend logic independently of the frontend.

Core Requirements

• Communication: Professional proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable explaining complex tech concepts to non-tech clients.
• Remote Discipline: Proven ability to manage time, use tools like Slack/Jira/Asana effectively, and deliver without constant supervision.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering OR equivalent practical experience. We value skills over paper.
• Work Hours: Flexible, but must be willing to overlap 3-4 hours with client time zones (typically EU or US EST) when required.

Tech Stack:

• Automation: Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• API Testing: Postman or REST Assured.
• Tracking: Jira, Trello, or Linear.
