Frontend Developer

Experience: 3 Years (Mid-Level)

The Mission: Create visually stunning and highly responsive user interfaces that consume our backend APIs.

• Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
• Manage complex application state using Hooks, Context API, or Redux/Zustand.
• Ensure application accessibility (a11y) and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with backend devs to define API response structures.

Core Requirements

• Communication: Professional proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable explaining complex tech concepts to non-tech clients.
• Remote Discipline: Proven ability to manage time, use tools like Slack/Jira/Asana effectively, and deliver without constant supervision.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering OR equivalent practical experience. We value skills over paper.
• Work Hours: Flexible, but must be willing to overlap 3-4 hours with client time zones (typically EU or US EST) when required.

Tech Stack:

• Core: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript (Plus).
• Styling: Tailwind CSS (Preferred), SASS, or Styled Components.
• State: Context API, Zustand, or Redux.
