• Develop and document clean, testable RESTful APIs using Laravel.
• Design efficient database schemas (MySQL) and optimize slow-running queries.
• Write automated tests (PHPUnit or Pest) to ensure code stability.
• Integrate third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, etc.).

Core Requirements:

• Communication: Professional proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable explaining complex tech concepts to non-tech clients.
• Remote Discipline: Proven ability to manage time, use tools like Slack/Jira/Asana effectively, and deliver without constant supervision.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering OR equivalent practical experience. We value skills over paper.
• Work Hours: Flexible, but must be willing to overlap 3-4 hours with client time zones (typically EU or US EST) when required.

Tech Stack:

• Core: PHP, Laravel Framework (Deep understanding of Eloquent ORM & Service Container).
• Database: MySQL (Indexing, Relationships), Redis.
• Testing: PHPUnit or Pest.
