Senior DevOps Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years (Senior Level)

The Mission: Build the "roads" our code travels on. You are responsible for automating infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime, and locking down security.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage cloud resources (AWS/DigitalOcean) using Terraform or Ansible.
• CI/CD: Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) for zero-downtime deployments.
• Containerization: Expert-level management of Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes experience is a huge plus).
• Monitoring & Security: Set up proactive monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/New Relic) and manage firewalls, VPNs, and SSL certifications.

Core Requirements

• Communication: Professional proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable explaining complex tech concepts to non-tech clients.
• Remote Discipline: Proven ability to manage time, use tools like Slack/Jira/Asana effectively, and deliver without constant supervision.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering OR equivalent practical experience. We value skills over paper.
• Work Hours: Flexible, but must be willing to overlap 3-4 hours with client time zones (typically EU or US EST) when required.

Tech Stack:

• Cloud: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC) or DigitalOcean.
• Scripting: Bash, Python, or Go.
