Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable SaaS architectures using Laravel (Backend) and React.js (Frontend).
• Lead the development of complex features from DB schema design to UI implementation.
• Review code for performance, security, and maintainability; mentor mid-level developers.
• Optimize application performance (caching with Redis, database indexing, query optimization).

Core Requirements

• Communication: Professional proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable explaining complex tech concepts to non-tech clients.
• Remote Discipline: Proven ability to manage time, use tools like Slack/Jira/Asana effectively, and deliver without constant supervision.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering OR equivalent practical experience. We value skills over paper.

• Work Hours: Flexible, but must be willing to overlap 3-4 hours with client time zones (typically EU or US EST) when required.

  Tech Stack:

• Backend: PHP 8.x, Laravel 10/11, MySQL, Redis.
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js (App Router), Tailwind CSS.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS/DigitalOcean is expected at this level.
